Unless otherwise agreed, Healthcare Xpress will arrange for delivery of the Goods to the purchaser’s nominated delivery point. Healthcare Xpress will charge a delivery fee where the purchaser’s orders in any month exceed a number specified by Healthcare Xpress from time to time. Healthcare Xpress will make all reasonable efforts to have the Goods delivered to the purchaser by the date indicated by the purchaser, but will have no liability whatsoever should delivery not be made by that date.

How to place an Order?

Simply search for the product you are looking for by searching for a word in the search menu, or by selecting the category relating to your item. Once you see the product you would like to purchase, click "Add to cart". Once all of your products have been selected, click on the checkout icon in the top right corner of the screen, review your order, then click "Continue to Checkout". A notification will pop up asking to you confirm, then you're ready to proceed. If you already have a login, it will ask you to log in, if not it will ask you to continue as a guest. Once you have entered your billing and delivery details, your payment is ready to be processed.

About Credit and Returns

Can I return a product?

Can I return a product?

To arrange for authorisation to return a product, contact our customer service department on 1300 360 322. The following conditions must be met in order to return a product:

  • Approval from HealthcareXpress must be obtained prior to returning products.
  • All products must be returned in their original container or package, in a clean and saleable condition.
  • All returns must be accompanied by the corresponding invoice and the reason for the return.
  • Returned products must have been purchased within the previous thirty days. Any returns past 30 days are subject to a 15% restocking charge. 

Out of stock items are not refundable. Shortages or shipment errors must be reported within 7 days of the invoice date.
